In the real fire demonstration session, in order to test the high temperature resistance of the 1000 ℃ high temperature fire fighting robot, our technicians directly opened it into the iron tank filled with gasoline for fierce fire calcination. The flame burns violently, the temperature of the oil tank and the fuselage surges, and the heat wave hits the face, but the thousand-degree high-temperature fire-fighting robot is completely unaffected. The high temperature test of time, the function is also normal as before. After the fire was extinguished, the thousand-degree high-temperature fire-fighting robot drove out of the oil pool and easily passed through the obstacle area. Its stable and powerful high-temperature resistance was fully verified.
In the water jet demonstration session, first simulate the complex terrain operation scene in actual combat, let the robot drag the water belt forward, and the thousand-degree high-temperature fire-resistant robot can easily pass through obstacles with its alloy crawler and shock-absorbing shaft, followed by the thousand-degree high-temperature fire-resistant robot. The fire monitor flow, range, water monitor rotation angle, flower DC switching, turning radius and other aspects of the test, all tests have been successful.
The excellent high temperature resistance and strong water flow of the thousand-degree high-temperature fire-fighting robot have won unanimous praise from the leaders and fire officers and soldiers present.
